Since 2012, Select Holding has been appointed as official concierge for Ferrari Challenge Asia Pacific staff and drivers. As official concierge, Select Holding supports Ferrari Challenge APAC on the event organization and onsite events coordination. Events (races) are held across the Asia Pacific region, United Arab Emirates and Italy. Our qualified staff takes care, among other tasks, of venues selection and hotel negotiation from backoffice, while our onsite staff takes care of all logistics arrangements.

In December 2019, Select Holding was appointed by UNESCO to select 5 representatives from major Chinese OTA for a fam trip to Europe. The goal of the fam trip was to make them visit and explore thoseless known UNESCO sites which weren’t often included in popular travel packages. Besides selecting OTA representative, Select Holding took care of all the logistics aspects of the trip.

In May 2019, Select Holding organized and supported the Chinese mission of Convention Bureau Roma & Lazio. Select Holding organized institutional events in Beijing and Shanghai and a press conference in the city of Hangzhou. The aim of the mission was to promote Rome as the gateway to Italy for business and MICE travel groups. The mission was also joined by Rome Airport -already Welcome Chinese certified, which on that occasion lauched the rew flight route Hangzhou – Rome.

On the occasion of the launch of Paris – Fuzhou direct flight operated by Xiamen Airline, Select Holding has been selected in charge of organizing three events and head of the operations for related Press conference, Tour operators promotions, and Gala dinner – including handling the invitations of guests from Fuzhou government, Paris Region, ADP, OCTP, Atout France, and Xiamen Airline, local entrepreneurs, among others.

As a first step in the approach to Chinese market, in November 2019 Select Holding was appointed by the Ministry of Tourism of Dominican Republic to arrange and coordinate the Road Show Events that took place in China in November 11st, 13th and 14th, respectively in Beijing, Guangzhou and Shanghai. The specific aim of the road show events was the promotion of the Dominican Republic as a new route for the Chinese market, giving the opportunity to Dominicans hotel and DMC representatives to introduce and promote their products and services to more than 300 Chinese Tour operators and 40 media that attended the events in the three cities. Select Holding provided: Operations and Logistic Management; Graphic Design and Production ; Invitation Management; Institutional Invitation; Media and Translator and Photographer Coordination; Dominican Companies Coordination and exposure.
